The Molitor family is getting a baby girl!

In an emotional Instagram post on Sunday, mom of six Sarah Molitar, creator of the Modern Farmhouse Family lifestyle blog, and husband Tim revealed the moment they learned the sex of their seventh baby on the way.

The couple holds confetti cannons as they stand with their six sons — Jude, Hudson, Chase, Crew, Beck and Griffy — in their home. The boys wear matching sweaters and join their parents in bursting into excited screams as pink confetti exits the cannon.

Sarah falls to the ground while holding her youngest, both laughing and crying at the same time.

Excited chatter and cheers can be heard by the family's loved ones in the room, who are not shown on camera. One person asks Sarah, who is catching her breath and processing the exciting news, if she thought it could be possible, to which she shakes her head and says no.

"It's a girl," Tim repeats, laughing in disbelief as one of the boys runs into Sarah's arms.

Speaking with PEOPLE about her exciting news, Sarah says she's had "joy and peace this entire pregnancy."

"To this point, we had fully expected and were thrilled at the thought of baby 7 being a boy. Seven boys is so unique and special. So right before the confetti came out, our hearts were just ready and expecting another boy," she explains. "Which is why the pink took us by such surprise."

The soon-to-be mom of seven says she was "processing two big emotions" as she realized she'd finally add a baby girl to her family.

"The first being that I was no longer an all boy mom and the second being that I was having a girl! The emotions just took over, and I was shaking with surprise! It has been a shock all around but such a sweet unexpected gift to us!" she adds.

Some of the most excited people in the family are the baby girl's big brothers. "The boys can't stop talking about her and we have lots of newness to experience with a little girl to love on," Sarah shares.

When it was time to tell their six boys that they were getting another sibling, Tim and Sarah had their kids complete a word puzzle to figure out the news.

The boys worked together to solve the puzzle, which ultimately read, "Mommy is going to have a baby!"

"Telling our boys I'm pregnant was a highlight moment! It was so full of JOY and excitement. Make sure you watch when Jude starts to realize it…and then Hudson's face when he realizes! Priceless!" Sarah wrote on Instagram . "One thing's for sure, this sweet baby is already WELL loved and adored! Thanks for continuing to share in our joy and the fun of this news!"

She also faces a sentencing enhancement for substantial sexual conduct with a child.

Serrano is accused of having sex with the 12-year-old boy in her home and in a car last month.

"She met this little boy because he was friends with her son," said Farrah Emami, spokesperson for the Orange County District Attorney's Office.

Prosecutors suspect Serrano of sexually assaulting the boy in her home in Fountain Valley and in her car.

Prosecutors allege on another occasion Serrano was kissing the boy in a locked room. The boy's mother tried to get in. She did not see any sexual contact but she was suspicious enough to go to police.

Investigators say the alleged acts began last month and ended with her arrest earlier this week.

Authorities are concerned there may be other potential victims.

"She was having sex with a 12-year-old boy. She has a child that's around the same age. She has access to other children, and we really hope that there aren't other kids out there who have experienced a similar sexual assault," said Emami. "If there are we would encourage them to come forward."

Serrano was arrested on Tuesday and was being held on $100,000 bail.

If convicted, she faces up to 12 years in prison.

A single mother was today convicted of having a "torrid" affair with a 15-year-old schoolboy.
Mother-of-three Janice Harding was found guilty of two charges of indecently assaulting the teenager, with whom she allegedly had sex up to 12 times a week.
Harding, 29, who now lives at The Beacon in Falmouth, Cornwall, was acquitted of indecently assaulting a second teenage boy on two occasions.
The jury of five men and seven women took over six hours to reach their verdicts at Truro Crown Court.
She had denied four counts of indecently assaulting boys under the age of 16. Harding wept in the dock after the verdicts.
Judge Giles Forrester adjourned sentence until September 3 to enable a pre-sentence report to be prepared, and allowed Harding's bail to continue.
He told her "all the court's options are open to me, you must understand that."
The Judge told her to read nothing into being allowed bail "other then the court considers it appropriate in the circumstances."
Mrs Harding said after the case that she had no comment to make.
During the trial, prosecutor Michael Brabin said that Harding was 27 when the offences began, and had daughters aged nine and four and a son less than a year old.
The teenager with whom Harding had the long affair "hit it off" with her when he and his family moved near to her house in the town where she then lived.
Eventually he began to go round to her home on a daily basis, and was still at school when they started having sex, said the prosecutor.
They started kissing when he was playing with a PlayStation in her bedroom and it led to sexual intercourse.
The boy's mother became suspicious and sent him to stay with relatives, who he told what had happened.
For a few months in the spring and summer of 2000 the boy was "besotted" with Harding, said Mr Brabin, who did not suggest intercourse took place without his full co-operation.
"A torrid affair took place between them," said the prosecutor.
He said Harding twice had sex with another 15-year-old boy who knew about her relationship with the other teenager.
The first boy, now a 17-year-old student, said in video link evidence that he had been a virgin before meeting Harding.
"She knew my age - three months after my 15th birthday, that is when we were seeing each other," he said.
They had sex in the afternoon and nearly every night, and he slept at her house three times a week. But their relationship was now over.
Harding, who did not give evidence to the court told police she first had sex with the first boy on his 16th birthday.
She said the youngster had been upset that day as he had not received many presents.
Harding said the boy stayed at her house that night, when they had sex for the first time.
Harding told the police that on his 16th birthday the boy got only "a tenner" from his mum, adding: "He was upset because he was not given much."
She said that night they had sexual intercourse, instigated by the boy.
"We were play fighting. Then he just grabbed me and started kissing me," she said.
"It just happened like that. We must have had feelings for each other before but we had never thought about it."
The second boy told the court he had sexual intercourse twice with Harding before his 16th birthday.
He said on one occasion: "Jan told me to go upstairs and look at her new bed. Then she started kissing me.
"It was a shock at first but I just let her."
He said he slept with her twice but felt bad because he knew she was meant to be going out with his schoolfriend.
In her police interview Harding denied ever having had sex with the second teenager.
The first boy's mother said when she realised what had been going on between Harding and her son, she couldn't bear "the deceit and the hurt."
