California woman accused of having sex multiple times with her daughters' teen boyfriends
Coral Lytle reportedly provided alcohol and cigars to the alleged victims and would drive from her home to meet them for sex.
A California woman is accused of having sex with two teenage boys, who were dating her daughters, in 2017.
The Tulare County district attorney's office charged Coral Lytle with 21 felony sex counts. However, after reviewing the probation report, a Tulare County judge said he would not sentence Lytle on Monday, stating that the indicated five years probation with a six-year suspended prison term, as well as having to register as a sex offender, was not an appropriate sentence.
As a result, Lytle, who is out of custody, can now choose to withdraw her guilty plea. A new hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 22.
"Most of the time, when a court makes an indicated sentence, the probation report will follow the indicated sentence," said Tulare County assistant district attorney, David Alavezosm, reports ABC 7. "There are times the probation report will recommend a sentence that is not what was indicated."

According to the criminal complaint, the boys were 15 and 14 years old when the crimes took place. Lytle would allegedly drive 15 miles from her home to meet them for sex and provided the victims with alcohol and cigars.
ABC 7 reports that one alleged victim said he had sex with Lytle three times in total, with the last time occurring on Oct. 5, 2017. The brief reads that the victim "stated this was the last time he had sex with defendant because he felt bad shaking defendant's husband's hand knowing what he was doing with defendant."
Court records show that Lytle's husband, who shares four children with Lytle, filed for divorce shortly after her arrest in October 2017.
"The crimes in this case committed by the defendant involved great cruelty and callousness especially considering the defendant took advantage of a position of trust to molest two boys who she met when they [were in] teenage dating relationships with the defendant's daughters," a Tulare County deputy district attorney wrote in a recently filed brief.
