The accused, from the northern German town of Malchow, was previously sentenced to 16 months in prison last year for abusing his own daughter. But he launched an appeal and was not jailed.
The court heard he went searching for single mothers on German online dating app 'Knuddels' to rape their children. Prosecutors claim he met the 32-year-old mum on the dating platform.
After chatting a short while Daniel P reportedly promised to marry the mum and offered her to start a new life together in Dubai.
He also reportedly confided his perverse love for infants to her and asked if the single mother could take and send pornographic photos and videos of her daughters to him.
During his first trip to Dresden, he allegedly starting abusing the two children himself.
According to court documents, the mum even “prepared” her daughters and did not intervene when Daniel P had sex with them.
They went on holiday to Hungary and Romania where the child abuse reportedly continued in hotels.
The mum - named as Christin - is also on trial and has been charged with aiding and abetting the child abuse. The trial is continuing.

'My Child Has Broken Me' — Mom Says Daughter Has Turned On Her After Meeting Estranged Father

A mother posted her story on the subreddit, “r/TrueOffMyChest,” about how her daughter broke her heart after reconnecting with her biological father.
The subreddit is a place for people to post stories without expecting opinions, advice, or for the purpose of preaching to anyone — it’s just a place for people to get whatever they want off their chest.
The mother, who refers to her daughter as “L,” met L’s father, who she refers to as “M,” when she was 20 years old and he was 19.
“I won't get into detail but it was an insanely abusive relationship,” she explained. “I know now he is/was a narcissist (he is diagnosed). There was no contact, no child support, and no family, so I struggled to raise my daughter by myself.”
When her daughter turned seven, she met her current husband, whom she refers to as “A,” and claims that everything was going well and they were a happy family.
She claims that he was the father she always wanted, and when they had two kids together, L was happy to have new siblings.
“Things were great, until Ls 12th birthday when she told me the only thing she wanted for her birthday was to meet M,” she explained.
“That in itself should have been a red flag and I should have just told her that I couldn't get in contact,” she wrote, “But I felt like she deserved to meet him and form her own opinion.”
When they met up, he told them that he hated kids and that he never wanted any and that she was an accident — still, L pressed forward.
She claims that L wanted her and her biological father to get back together and be a family again, so her solution was to claim that her stepfather sexually assaulted her.
When she defended her husband to CPS, they took her children away from her, and “when L realized that M was not gonna save her from foster care, she decided to tell CPS she was lying and my kids all came home to me.”
Things returned to semi-normal, but L continued to threaten CPS whenever she wasn’t getting her way, and when she wanted to drop out of high school, her mother put her foot down.
“I told her there was no way I was going to allow that,” but her father said that “if she lived with him full time she could drop out of school and start her ‘actual’ life.”
M and L gave her an ultimatum, either she sign off on the school un-enrolling her, or they would call CPS on her and her family, alleging that they had been abusing L.
“I [truly] believe L has BPD, but because of her age they won't diagnose her, but she has all the signs of it and family history,” she explained.
“I also haven't even begun to explain all of it, there's just too many things, but the things she has done to my family have completely broken me.”
The comments were flooded with sympathy for the woman, and advice (even if she didn’t expect any) about what she should do next.
In an update to the post, she revealed that she will be going NC (No Contact) with her daughter and her ex, deciding that the trauma and pain weren’t worth trying to help her daughter who didn’t want any.
“It's hard when you still see them as your baby,” she wrote in the comments .

I have been married for 5 years. Our sex life was very lusty and fulfilling when we first met - but it soon settled down to having sex once a month after a drink.
My husband is a loving man but is not demonstrative. We have chatted about the lack of sex in our relationship but end up going around in circles I was happy to go through this until we were both ready to sort it out, until last year. We usually have a drink every weekend and I often fall into a deep drink induced sleep
But I began waking in the morning feeling sore down below. I had the feeling that I had had sex but did not remember - I would ask my husband if we had sex the night before and he would say no. This continued every time I fell asleep after a drink and I could not work out why.
One night just out of curiosity I went to bed first as normal but decided to pretend to be in a deep sleep (I made sure I did not have a lot to drink) to see if anything was going on. My husband came to bed and within 15 minutes just as I was drifting off he started to touch me, and went on to have sex with me. He clearly didn¿t want me awake.
The next day I asked my husband if we had sex, and he said no! I was disgusted and felt violated and had to face him about it in a way he could not deny it. So I waited until next time pretended I was asleep again - but this time half way through I just pretended to wake and asked him what he was doing.
He came up with every excuse under the sun other than admit to what he was doing. He was distraught and said he would cut his hands off before touching me without my consent in that way again. I was very upset that he was getting off on this kind of sex preferring that to the loving intimate adventurous sex life I was trying to get back. He promised it would not happen again.
Now I cannot relax and feel I daren't have a drink in case he does those things and I get that horrible sinking feeling again the next morning. As I see it he would rather jump all over me and enjoys the fact that it is without my consent or involvement. Our sex life, or lack of it, really is not a problem but what he did when I was in a deep sleep does.
I cannot fathom out why he says he has such a hang up about sex, but can have sex with me when I am asleep.
Please help this resentment is destroying my respect for him and I feel raped and violated and have told him so. I feel I cannot confront him again about this. I got nowhere last time.
He gave me empty promises saying he would never do it again. Does it make me just as bad because I am aware it is happening and have not confronted him about it this time?
Am I consenting in a way? I am 34 and my husband is 40.
