The Molitor family is getting a baby girl!
In an emotional Instagram post on Sunday, mom of six Sarah Molitar, creator of the Modern Farmhouse Family lifestyle blog, and husband Tim revealed the moment they learned the sex of their seventh baby on the way.
The couple holds confetti cannons as they stand with their six sons — Jude, Hudson, Chase, Crew, Beck and Griffy — in their home. The boys wear matching sweaters and join their parents in bursting into excited screams as pink confetti exits the cannon.
Sarah falls to the ground while holding her youngest, both laughing and crying at the same time.
Excited chatter and cheers can be heard by the family's loved ones in the room, who are not shown on camera. One person asks Sarah, who is catching her breath and processing the exciting news, if she thought it could be possible, to which she shakes her head and says no.

"It's a girl," Tim repeats, laughing in disbelief as one of the boys runs into Sarah's arms.
Speaking with PEOPLE about her exciting news, Sarah says she's had "joy and peace this entire pregnancy."
"To this point, we had fully expected and were thrilled at the thought of baby 7 being a boy. Seven boys is so unique and special. So right before the confetti came out, our hearts were just ready and expecting another boy," she explains. "Which is why the pink took us by such surprise."
The soon-to-be mom of seven says she was "processing two big emotions" as she realized she'd finally add a baby girl to her family.
"The first being that I was no longer an all boy mom and the second being that I was having a girl! The emotions just took over, and I was shaking with surprise! It has been a shock all around but such a sweet unexpected gift to us!" she adds.
Some of the most excited people in the family are the baby girl's big brothers. "The boys can't stop talking about her and we have lots of newness to experience with a little girl to love on," Sarah shares.
When it was time to tell their six boys that they were getting another sibling, Tim and Sarah had their kids complete a word puzzle to figure out the news.
The boys worked together to solve the puzzle, which ultimately read, "Mommy is going to have a baby!"
"Telling our boys I'm pregnant was a highlight moment! It was so full of JOY and excitement. Make sure you watch when Jude starts to realize it…and then Hudson's face when he realizes! Priceless!" Sarah wrote on Instagram . "One thing's for sure, this sweet baby is already WELL loved and adored! Thanks for continuing to share in our joy and the fun of this news!"

Intense sex sessions can trigger dangerous asthma attacks, according to a new study by the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
Hanky-panky is considered a strenuous exercise that requires a lot of energy, especially if you’re asthmatic.
“Many people don’t realize that the energy expenditure of sexual activity is about equivalent to walking up two flights of stairs,” said Dr. Ariel Leung, the study’s author.
Exercise has always been a risk for people with asthma due to the heavy breathing that inflames and swells the airways , causing the breathing tubes to narrow.
Sexually active asthmatics can suffer from “post-coital asthma exacerbations” if things get a little too rowdy under the sheets, according to the study .
However, when getting physically intimate, most people do not realize the symptoms of an asthma attack.
Some triggers include pollen, allergies, smoke, mold and exercise.
Leung urged people to be aware of the signs.
“When sexual activity-induced asthma is properly identified and treated, allergists are better able to improve their patient’s quality of life,” he said.
Using your inhaler 30 minutes prior to sex can prevent an asthma attack, allowing you and your partner to keep the party going.

This TikTok mom recorded the moment she caught her baby eating her leftovers from Buffalo Wild Wings!
Yaneth Lopez ( @yanethlpz12 ) is a parent and TikToker who shares adorable clips of her two kids . Recently, Yaneth was driving home after a meal at Buffalo Wild Wings, when she managed to capture a hilarious moment on video! In the viral video that racked up more than 5 million views, Yaneth records the moment she spotted her baby in the backseat, munching on her leftovers from Buffalo Wild Wings and giggling to himself!
The video begins with Yaneth turning around to film the backseat of her car . On one seat, there is a paper bag that reads, “Buffalo Wild Wings,” and presumably holds Yaneth’s leftovers. On the other seat, Yaneth’s baby sits in a backward-facing car seat. Though the baby is facing away from Yaneth, he is visible in a mirror attached to the passenger seat of the car.
“My baby got ahold of our leftover Buffalo Wild Wings ,” Yaneth writes in a caption.
“Dude!” the mom exclaims, zooming in on the passenger seat mirror, to show her baby . The baby is sitting with an open box of wings on his lap, and is holding a wing in each hand. He is giggling softly to himself and has a bit of wing sauce on his cheeks.
Yaneth begins to laugh, too, which causes the baby’s giggle to turn into full-blown laughter. “Really?” Yaneth asks the baby, who responds by waving the wings in the air.
The baby licks his lips as Yaneth begins talking to the person next to her in the front of the car. “I thought he was sending me [little kisses],” she says. “He’s freaking eating!”
“Oh my god!” Yaneth exclaims as the video ends.
Viewers were cracking up at the tiny baby and his big appetite, and Buffalo Wild Wings even weighed in!
“Baby caught in 4K,” Buffalo Wild Wings wrote.
The official account of the New York Mets also chimed in, writing, “Oh, you have a troublemaker in the making. So adorable!”
Other viewers couldn’t get enough of the baby’s cuteness.
“Him smiling and laughing after he got caught,” one viewer wrote.
“So cute. How can you be mad?” another viewer asked.
Yaneth’s baby might be a future troublemaker, but at least for now, he’s adorable enough to get away with it!

Kate Mara has given birth to her and Jamie Bell’s second child together, his third.
The “A Teacher” alum was recently photographed holding an infant while going to and from a shoot with photographer Sal Owen.
Mara wore pink sweats and a hoodie, with her baby sporting a striped hat.
The 39-year-old subsequently took to Instagram to show her son’s feet, writing, “Had a baby a week ago. Here are his feet.”
Mara subtly announced her pregnancy in July with an Instagram photo of herself holding hands with the actor, 36.
“There are three of us in this pic,” she wrote.
Mara covered her budding belly in a pink dress and leather jacket in the social media upload.
The spouses’ celebrity friends commented their support at the time, from Michael B. Jordan leaving multiple star emojis to Aaron Paul gushing, “What a lucky little bubba to enter such a wonderful family. Congratulations you two.”
Mara became a mom in May 2019 when she gave birth to a baby girl , but she and Bell have yet to reveal the 3-year-old’s name.
The “Billy Elliot” star previously welcomed a son named Jack, now 9, in July 2013 with his then-wife, Evan Rachel Wood .
As the former couple co-parent their child, their goal is to keep Jack their “priority,” the “Westworld” star, 34, told People in November 2016.
“I think any separation, whether it’s amicable or not, is always difficult,” she explained at the time. “But we’re always doing our best, and the most important thing is our son always comes first.
“Whatever issues the parents have, you’ve just got to get over that and put it to the side,” Wood continued.
One year after her and Bell’s May 2014 split, the “Fantastic Four” star moved on with Mara.
He proposed in January 2017, and they tied the knot that July.
Bell explained to James Corden in January 2018 that the ceremony took place “across the street from” their house.
“We spent the night on that property and we crossed the street and came home,” he said on “The Late Late Show” at the time. “Every day we come out of the house, we see the house we were married in, which is beautiful.”
