Moldova started paying compensation for heating in January
Since February 9, Moldovan residents have been receiving compensation payments for heating in January.
The money will be credited to the recipients' bank cards.
From February 10, those who do not have a card will be able to receive payments at any post office in the country by presenting an ID card.
