About Radity
Radity is a Switzerland-based software engineering company with a fully remote international team. We are looking for a part-time Modern Workplace & Security Engineer to support and improve our internal IT environment.
Our environment includes Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Apple Business Manager, Windows, and macOS devices.
Responsibilities
* Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
* Design, implement, and maintain Conditional Access policies
* Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security configurations
* Monitor security alerts and investigate endpoint security incidents
* Manage Windows and macOS devices through Intune
* Manage Apple Business Manager and Apple device enrollment
* Deploy and manage applications through Intune
* Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access management
* Maintain device compliance and security baselines
* Automate administrative tasks where appropriate
* Create and maintain technical documentation
* Provide support for Microsoft 365, endpoint, and security-related issues
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
* Hands-on experience with Entra ID
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
* Hands-on experience with Conditional Access
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
* Experience managing Windows and macOS devices
* Experience with Apple Business Manager
* Good understanding of identity and endpoint security concepts
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Good written and spoken English

* Experience working in ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environments
