Diffmodels is looking for a Model Booker to join our team. A Booker is the vital link between our talent and the industry — securing job opportunities for models, building strong relationships with clients and booking agencies, and managing the day-to-day logistics of castings, go-sees, and contracts. Success in this role means being a sharp negotiator, a strong communicator, and someone who thrives on building lasting professional relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Actively pitch and secure work opportunities for models with clients, brands, and booking agencies
* Build and maintain relationships with photographers, casting directors, and partner agencies worldwide
* Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms on behalf of models
* Coordinate model schedules, castings, fittings, and travel arrangements
* Track industry trends and identify new business opportunities for the agency's roster
* Act as the main point of contact between models and clients, ensuring clear and professional communication
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client interactions
Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Prior experience in a modeling agency, talent management, or similar client-facing role preferred
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
