Mock Contract for creator Collaboration

This is for the arrangement of a collaboration on OnlyFans, Fansly, and ManyVids (etc) between performer A:

This is a trade based arrangement. No money will change hands in either direction.

All performers will have the right to any content that contains their likeness, name, face, body, etc. Though the performers will only be able to post the content created detailed by their scene plans and any content specifically taken for both parties to use. The performers may choose to allow all other content to be posted though it is not mandatory.

All performers will have the rights to sell any finished media (pictures, videos, sound-clips, etc) wherever they want for whatever price they want. Full videos are not allowed to be given away or made freely available anywhere. Snippets and teasers are allowed to be publicly posted for free for the use of marketing and advertising. Watermarks for both creators need to be present on all media.

Performer B acknowledges that Performer A plans to post uncensored teasers, screenshots and pictures on various social media sites as advertisement and will tag said creator when applicable.

Preapproved people will be the only ones allowed in the room while the filming session is in progress. Being intoxicated or hungover the day of filming is not allowed. Both performers agree to show up to filming clean and prepared. Any lube, wipes, toys, condoms, costumes etc. needed by the performer must be provided by the performer who needs them.

All content intended to be filmed on the day of the shoot must be communicated at least 24 hours before the time of the shoot. All outlines of content must include as much detail as possible to make the process as easy as possible and so each performer understands what will happen and what is planned.

Any toys used on either performer will be the performer's own toys or a condom will be used to make sure all parties are safe. All toys will be thoroughly cleaned before the shoot starts.

Either party is allowed to back out at any time if something becomes unsafe, unethical or makes them uncomfortable. Neither party will be forced or coerced into doing things they are uncomfortable doing. 

All paperwork must be filled out before any filming starts and both parties need to fully understand what they are agreeing to. Legal identification must be shown before filming to make sure all performers are of legal age. Scans or pictures of the legal document may be asked for (everything but the DOB and Legal Name of the performer may be blacked out).
