The SKS is a DMR which can be found on all maps. It uses 7.62mm bullets and can be fitted with every scope.
I main the SKS and from my experience the best build is one for mobility. I run OWC Light Suppressor, MIP Light, No Stock, 10 Round Light Reload and Granulated (for hit flinch) It's also beneficial to run Toughness as a perk. I'm surprised that I don't see more people using this weapon as it's seriously OP if your aim is good.
Fun fact - there may be a bug in the SKS steady stock at the moment. It gives -20% horizontal recoil but the overall stats button indicates that it also gives -25% vertical recoil.
