The NOPHO ALL2008 standard and intermediate risk treatment arms included from day 30 continuous Peg-Asp at two weeks intervals for a total of 15 Peg-Asp doses. HR patients received 9-11 doses discontinuously (one in each of the 7-9 HR blocks; and two in delayed intensification). The total duration of therapy was 2.5 years for all patients.
