Oh my , where did she get that stocks from ?? must be custom made to keep twighs feet liek that XD lovey and cute to see them getting along awfully good. Heck twighs not even resisting or fighting back , she must enjoy it or they had a deal with the experimenting. Either way a fun and great piece done.
One of the wonderful things about stocks is how easy they are to make.
All it takes is two planks, a saw, two hinges, a few screws, a screwdriver, sand paper to smoother the edges, and a lock.

Utterly, amazingly adorable! Glad to see that Equestria Girls is taking off in your style, and they suit each other to a tee! I love how adorable Twilight is, with her cute little lip bite and her shaking hands, not to mention her little tears. Shimmer makes the perfect ler here, with an amazing little bondage setup. I like how Twilight is allowed to move her hands, but not her toes. Ingenious. Their boots, shoes, and socks on the ground are a delightful touch, showing us all of the fun that came before this. Like all of the best tickling images, this one tells a delightful little story.

Well this is quite a cute sight lol. Wonder how Miss Shimmers got Twilight to agree to this, maybe another "experiment" to learn more about the "human nervous system" or something lol. I'm not one for this series but DANG you make them flipping irresistible. Tis a shame we don't see Twilight's soles getting the attention, but that's quickly made up with the sweet sole shot from Shimmer's feet. And I flipping LOVE the expressions from the 2 of them. Bet Shimmer's enjoying her revenge on here lol.

*Rarity enters the massage room of the Ponyville Spa. She is wearing nothing but a towel.*

Aloe: (From outside the room) Please make yourself comfortable Miss Rarity. I'll be right in for your back massage.

Rarity: Very well then, my dear.

*Rarity lies down on her front on the massage table and lowers her towel below her torso. She then lays in wait for her massage. The door opens and Rarity hears footsteps coming towards her.*

Unknown Voice: Now!

*Before Rarity can say anything else, she feels her feet being pressed together and a leather strap being tied around her ankles with smaller straps wrapping around her big toes; keeping her feet together, as well as her little toes; effectively keeping her feet restrained. She then feels a ring being slid onto her horn.*

Rarity: What in the world?! *Tries to use her magic but nothing happens.* Aloe?! What is the meaning of this?!

Unknown Voice: Aloe isn't the one you should be worried about...

*Rarity looks up and sees Rainbow Dash and Applejack standing over her.*

Rarity: Rainbow? Applejack? What's going on here?!

Applejack: Remember when ya dragged us to that wine tasting ever when we wanted to go to that wrestling event? What were those words ya'll said to get us to go...?

I really like both versions! ^_^ The hoof-feet one is very unique and interesting. This one is adorable, don't get me wrong. But I think you should incorporate the hoof-feet more. :3

Hey I ust had a thought
Remember the Hoof Pet pic you did With Twighlight where her hooves were tenderized and then tickled? What if you did an Anthrostyle of that where she's an anthro Ponie haveing her feet tenderized, ticled and then have her turned into a Foot pet.
I mean you don't have to do that and I couldn't pay you to do it. but I'm just thought I'd try to inspire some ideas.
