That’s her—Miu Renai, or maybe just Rei, when the lights are gone. Known as Rei, or, just Renai. She exists in silence, in lowercase sentences, in pauses between heartbeats.

Renai is the kind of girl who would rather write than speak, who hides her thoughts inside torn notebooks and unfinished sketches. She doesn’t hate people, she just can’t find her rhythm among the noise.

She moves quietly through her days, finding beauty in the dust on window panes, in the hum of an old song, in the ache of words she’ll never say.

And of course, the presence of her beloved.

She loves spending time with her lover, just holding hands beneath the moonlight while soft rain pours down on them. Her main love language is quality time, providing a presence that’s comforting and quiet, perhaps the only kind loud enough to prove how much she’s willing to sacrifice: the comfort of silence, the nurturing quiet, and the calming moonlight, only for her beloved.
