He denies fracturing his former lover's eye and ribs in revenge for telling his pregnant wife of their affair

A cheating husband told a jury he did not inflict serious injuries upon his ex-mistress during an argument about why she revealed their affair.
Arfan Hussein admitted there was an altercation at a flat where his former lover was staying and accepted asking her: "How come you told my wife about us?"
He said he was not acting in revenge or trying to vent his fury, but did give her "a little slap and a punch."
Hussein, of Maynard Road, Spinney Hills, in the city, denies inflicting grievous body harm, with intent, upon the 39-year-old woman, on the afternoon of Wednesday July 14 - about seven weeks after he says he broke up with her.
Giving evidence in his defence, the 31-year-old told Leicester Crown Court the alleged victim was already injured when he arrived.
He said went to the flat in Cavendish Road, Aylestone, in Leicester, to look for a friend who owed him money and found the woman was there and he was "shocked" to see her looking "mashed up" with a bleeding face.
The male friend told him she had been "beaten up" by people she owed money for drugs, he claimed.
Hussein said there was "a little argument" with his ex-lover.
He claimed the complainant accused him of not caring about her and said hateful things about him and his wife and repeatedly told him: "I want you nicked."
He said: "She lunged towards me, trying to slap me. I pushed her.
"She came at me again and, I'm not denying it, I slapped her face.
"She kept coming back so I punched her [face]."
When asked how forcefully he threw the punch, he said: "I can't remember, she'd already been beaten up, it happened too quick."
He said the male friend grabbed him from behind bringing the matter to an end.
He claimed the alleged victim later ended up on the rooftop of the premises, where she was rescued by the emergency services, because "she's always been an attention seeker," but then conceded she might have been "a bit scared" after their confrontation.
Hussein strongly disagreed with prosecution claims that he attacked her with a butter knife, causing cuts to her ear, head and hand or that he kicked and stamped on her, allegedly inflicting fractures to her eye socket and two ribs.
He told the jury he stopped seeing the woman because she was a "crack-cocaine addict" and his wife was pregnant by then.
Under cross-examination, Hussein claimed the complainant was falsely blaming him for the injuries as part of a "vendetta" because "I ended it with her and wouldn't leave my wife for her."
He said his ex-mistress wanted him locked up for something he had not done, to "mess up" his marriage.
The prosecutor, Paul Prior, said: "You used to supply her [the alleged victim] with cocaine."
Hussein said: "I used to buy it for me, we both used to get it, we'd party and drink, that's how it was."
Mr Prior asked: "How did you feel when your wife found out about the affair."
Hussein said: "I had to take it on the chin.
"I saw my wife's pain and it hurt me even more, I shouldn't have done that."
When shown photographs of the complainant's injuries, he said: "I might have hurt her a bit, but not like this.
"I gave her a little slap and a punch.
"She's accusing me [of the injuries] because I left her, I didn't want to be with her.
"She's happy I'm in jail [on remand in custody] she thinks 'if I can't have him, no-one can.' "
By way of background, the defendant said he began his extra-marital affair with the woman, who he met socially, in December 2020.
It involved "just sex" and they had "used each other" and he claimed "she knew I had a wife from the beginning".
He disagreed with a prosecution suggestion the affair began in October 2020, saying: "No that's when I got married."
Hussein said: "The affair ended in May last year when I found out my wife was pregnant and I didn't want to do it no more.
"Obviously I'm in the wrong, having someone else on the side when my wife was pregnant, I felt I had to do the right thing by her [the wife]."
He claimed he blocked the complainant from contacting him, changed his mobile number and completely avoided her.
The complainant earlier told the jury she had ended the relationship with him, after being contacted by Hussein's wife, to whom she confirmed the affair.
The alleged victim said she was formerly a crack-cocaine user, and had previously been caught shoplifting, but the alleged attack by Hussein brought her to her senses and she had "turned my life around" and had not taken drugs since then.
She told the jury she was not making a false allegation against Hussein, saying: "I want him punished for what he's done to me so that no other woman has to suffer, that's all.
"I'll never let a man to that to me again, never."
The court heard that Hussein had previous convictions for attacking a man in the street and attempted robbery as well as heroin and cannabis related charges.

The evil blonde dominatrixes have three forms of attack, two that involve their whip. The first whip attack is her simply whipping the hero, the second whip attack involves her wrapping her whip around the hero's stomach and pulling on it, making it hard for him to breathe.
Her third attack involves her stomping on the hero when he is lying on the ground. She will walk over to him and stomp on him, causing damage, she will then grind her high heels into him.
When the hero's life has been lost and he is defeated and lying on the floor, the wicked dominatrix will also grind her heels in to him. As you are already defeated this will not damage you and is done more as an act of humiliation or triumph.
This game is a sequel to the 1989 game Crime Fighters, which also has an evil dominatrix enemy .
