The grandmother who goes by the stage name Mistress Sofia, runs her business from home and has her play room set up for customers in the family conservatory.
As it is a rather unique way to grow old gracefully Stacey didn't hesitate when given the opportunity to discover more about the family.

Back in 2020 Sherry appeared on This Morning and explained how everyone of her customers are different, she said: 'They all have their own agenda.'
She continued: 'Some just do it because it's a little quirk, others it's a need, they need to be submissive'.
Stacey explored the family relationships and how Sherry's career impacts their life.

'We get there on Friday and we don’t leave until Monday, we completely immerse ourselves in these families’ lives.'
Stacey also spent her weekends with Harnaam Kaur, a body positive advocate, and Clara Belluci who owns the title 'Britain's most hated woman'.

A grandmother who calls herself Britain's oldest dominatrix says her career has made her a 'better person', and that her only regret is that she didn't start sooner.
Sherry Lever, 70, from Swindon, is a former chef who began working as a dominatrix when her husband of 25 years left her in 2012, and revealed her clients range from 'judges to bin men'.
The grandmother goes by the name Mistress Sofia, and charges men £120 an hour to 'humiliate them' - including making them clean her home while wearing a pink maid's outfit, and walking them outside her home like a dog.
Appearing on This Morning, she insisted she loves the 'adoration and the empowerment' her job brings, and explained that it's often men in 'high powered jobs' who enjoy being submissive.

'They all have their own agenda,' said Sherry. 'Some just do it because it's a little quirk, others it's a need, they need to be submissive - they have high powered jobs.
'I have everyone from judges down to bin men, if it's in you, it's in you to be submissive and not all women want a submissive partner.'
Sherry often gets her clients to do work around her house, including cleaning, and says the men she 'punishes' simply want to 'please her.
'They just want to please', she said. 'So domination is all about submission, it's about servitude and worship, they worship my feet, I do have pretty feet.

'I just love the adoration and the empowerment, it isn't sexual for me, it is purely the dominant part. I am a very dominant person, it's come out since i've got older and made me a better person for it.'
As for her neighbours, Sherry says they're used to seeing men in strange outfits being walked on a lead outside her home - but she draws the line at taking her gimp out for a stroll.
'My neighbours are used to it, she said. 'I've been doing it for years, my family and friends are all fine.
'If I take someone out it's like a bunny rabbit or Shrek, it's something that's embarrassing. I wouldn't take a gimp out because there are children around and I wouldn't want to frighten anyone.'

The grandmother decided to reinvent herself after watching a documentary about phone sex when her marriage fell apart, and struggling to pay the bills, began working as a sex hotline operator.
'I had no idea that that was in me,' she said. 'I was quite the little mouse actually. It came about because when I was left I was financially embarrassed and working as a chef wasn't covering the bills.
'So I was looking for something else and I saw this documentary about phone chat girls, and I asked my children to see if they're okay about it and I started doing that.
'I noticed that so many of the calls were to do with domination and it was actually my daughter that said, "You're doing it for peanuts, why not do the real thing?".

She added later: 'That's my only regret that he didn't leave me years ago, there is so much I still want to do'.
The dominatrix explained that her clients are all after different things from their sessions, from being 'punished' to being dressed in a 'beautiful little outfit'.
'How it works', she said, 'It's a minefield there are so many different aspects, some could want punishment, some could be want to be dressed in a beautiful little maid's outfit, some want to be humiliated, just all sorts of different things.
Sherry now acts as a mentor for older dominatrix's looking to start a new career.
She said: 'When I started I would have loved someone to mentor me, so I decided because I learned from my mistakes, I wouldn't want anyone else to make my mistakes .'

After publicly sharing how she became a professional dome Sherry Lever, 68, from Swindon was inundated with over a hundred requests from women keen to ‘learn the ropes’.
Following three divorces Sherry revealed how she reinvented herself first as a phone-sex worker, then as a mistress that charges up to £120 an hour for a session. The mother-of three, who goes by her alter ego Mistress Sophia, maintains her children are completely understanding of her unconventional career path. Sherry told Barcroft TV: “ After giving it some thought I appeared on television where I told my story, afterwards it was a revelation, I got lots of emails from women. “It was women who were in a similar situation to me, older women who had been left and were in the depths of despair as I was. “I think I had easily a hundred emails from women, I answered them all. It really touched me, and it actually made me feel I was helping somebody who had been in my situation. “There’s quite a few now who are working the phones that didn’t before. And I have quite a few that come to me to be trained. I don’t charge but they have to have a dominant streak.”
One of the women who reached out to Sherry was a 50-year-old office worker who now goes by her alter ego Mistress Chloe. After sitting in on some of Sherry’s session she is now considering giving up her office job to become a full-time dominatrix. Mistress Chloe told BTV: “Mistress Sofia [Sherry] has changed my life for the better. I’m a lot happier, confident. Got a spark in my life and I just really enjoy life now. “She’s trained me well in all sorts. I originally came into this just wanting to do foot worship but I‘ve come a long way since. She’s brought the confidence out of me and guided me along. “Before I was just nine-to-five, office job, now I have men that come over and clean, hoover, clean my kitchen for me. If they don’t do it good, they get a caning, I paddle them and whip them.”
Mistress Sofia offers a range of specialist services, from flogging and humiliation to ice play and sissy training to her submissives. She wants to dismiss the misconception that what she does is sex work and insists she does not have sex with any of her clients. She said:
