If you want to do extra moisturizing, after you’ve pumiced and exfoliated, slather on coconut oil and then put socks on and sleep with them on."
"I feel naked if I don’t have a pedicure. I make sure I have a gel mani-pedi at all times. I get gels done because they last a long time and I’m using my feet in sessions a lot, so I have to make sure the polish is not going to chip. Submissives will sometimes request to paint my toes. They usually don’t know how to paint well, but that can also be a fun humiliating task. If they’re not doing it well, you can punish them for it. But I usually leave pedicures to the professionals."
"I get requests from submissives for red or dark colors, such as a dark red or black. Sometimes it’s pink. Those are the most common, but the colors I wear change depending on the season. In the summer I tend to go for a pale pink. In the fall and winter , I’m usually doing blood red or a wine red, or something deeper that’s almost black."
"The colors the submissives tend to enjoy are actually a few of my favorites. I do love pinks, black, and reds. There’s this Sally Hansen gel nail color called ' Pat On The Black .' It’s a really deep red that’s almost black."
"Anyone wearing heels on a regular basis needs to make sure they’re stretching their feet and pampering them a bit extra. For my personal taste in shoes, I do love a classic stiletto with a pointy heel. I have these patent leather stilettos that I’m loving lately. Open toe is always nice, so you can show off your pedicure. Submissives tend to find the higher the heel, the sexier. I think it’s because they enjoy the more dangerous-looking shoes. If you also love heels, make sure you’re balancing it with wearing very comfortable footwear as well."
