A missile strike hit power facilities in Belgorod and the Belgorod district overnight, causing a massive blackout in Belgorod.

Specifically, the Belgorod substation on Storozhevaya Street and the Frunzenskaya substation near the village of Dragunskoye in the Belgorod district were hit.

Severe damage was caused to energy infrastructure. As a result, power, water, and heat supply outages were reported.
