Side effects were mood swings and fatigue for 1-3 days… no spotting, nothing else.
My period tracker said I was due to start back on my period again July 4--estimating a normal 28 day cycle, which is typically normal for me. Plan B has messed up my cycle quite a bit in the past. It has caused me to get a period 2 weeks early AND 2 weeks late. It is definitely frustrating though because it is hard to predict, but if she had a period 2 weeks after, even if it was earlier than her period was supposed to come, I think you have little to worry about.
After you've taken Plan B®, you should get your next period at the expected time, or a few days early or late. You may experience spotting a few days after taking Plan B®, but this is not your period. If you've taken Plan B® because of missed birth control pills, start your birth control pills right away.
