The region in the south of Luxembourg has been strongly marked by the industrial culture but has managed to give itself a new identity over time, where the industrial past and new technologies melt into a unique mixture.
Hip and modern cities offer a large variety of places to visit and explore: rock festivals and arts exhibitions, traditional restaurants in former industrial sites and star cuisine, nature reserves and spectacular rides on mining trains and much more.
The „Land of the Red Rocks“ is young and dynamic, multicultural and colorful – simply a region of contrasts!

Located between Cleveland’s House and The Rosseau, a JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Minett, SWS Boatworks Minett is accessed via Peninsula Road (Highway 632).
Ethanol-free marine gas is available from our pumps throughout the boating season. Our gas dock is located in the perfect spot for novice drivers with lots of room to maneuver right up to the pump. Please see the Service Department if you need assistance.
$15 one way usage of the boat ramp $25 for both in and out usage Trailer parking is available for $10/day + HST

We stock boat, dock and fishing supplies: bumpers, ropes, PFDs, fishing rods, lures and nets. Looking for something specific? Ask us! We have a network of reliable suppliers who ship daily.
SWS Boatworks is an authorized service and parts provider for MasterCraft, Mercury, Volvo, Ilmor, Indmar, Limestone, Legend and Kawasaki. We are able to work on all makes, models and sizes of boats.
Our service department is staffed by qualified marine technicians who offer professional repairs and maintenance, tune-ups, oil changes, warranty work, propeller repairs, fibreglass repairs, boat finishing, detailing and more.
SWS Boatworks can also winterize and store boats; we offer onsite outdoor shrink wrap storage, indoor storage, heated indoor storage, or lifted in your boathouse.
Check out all the latest gear you’ll need to make the most of your time on the water this summer at our SWS Surf Shops, located at all three SWS Boatworks marina locations.
We carry clothing, swimwear and footwear brands such as Rip Curl, O’Neill, Team LTD, Body Glove and Reef. We also have a range of sunglasses from Spy, Team LTD and Goodr.
In addition to surf fashion, we also offer a wide selection of watersports equipment including stand up paddle boards, wakeboards, wakesurfs, water skis, tubes, ski ropes, water toys, and a range of life jackets. Brands include O’Brien, Phase Five, Mica, Rip Curl and O’Neil.
Every summer at SWS Boatworks Minett, the grounds fill up with an eclectic collection of shops and retailers offering everything you’ll need for life on the lake in Muskoka.
Our creative shipping container retail spaces feature brands like Lululemon, Waxon Wax Bar, Roots, Ripe Juicery, Snapdragon, Pure Muskoka, The Dollhouse and Poppys Collection. Located between two luxury resorts, we also have a bakery, a yoga studio and a children’s play area.
We also host event nights and long weekend festivities in the Pop-Up Village with live entertainment, shopping specials and giveaways! Check our Events Calendar for details.
