Minecraft Map Of WoW Stormwind Has Blizzard Impressed
There are plenty of Minecraft maps representing blocky versions of your favourite games, from Elden Ring to Mario Kart. One of the most impressive recreations of World of Warcraft is still in production. Blizzard even complimented it.
YouTuber Yunatahel, who does a lot of World of Warcraft videos, also happens to be recreating Stormwind from the MMO game in Minecraft. Stormwind, also known to the world as Stormwing City or Stormwind City, is the capital and largest city of the Stormwind region. It's named so because of sudden squalls of wind that occur due to a leyline pattern around the city.
Although the Minecraft build is still in progress, the video showcases a remarkable level of detail and craftsmanship. Each building has a stunning tiled roof. Addict Gaming The cobbled walkways seem almost real. The lighting effects add an extra dimension to the area. A bevy of shops, waterways, and churches litter the area, and we can't wait to explore it.
It's so impressive that even Warcraft's official French Blizzard account has complimented the work, saying that it "cannot wait to see it finalized."
On est impatients de voir le resultat final - bravo! https://t.co/NHv2iJIKmN

We don't know if the map will be released at this time, but we recommend following Yunatahel on Twitter and YouTube to see if there's any interest in exploring the area once it's done. We'd also wager it wouldn't be too long until modders could add in quests too, but we're getting ahead of ourselves a little.
Another update: You can now live your most Miniony lifestyle thanks to a new Minecraft DLC. Are they any more annoying than the Rabbids or less? We lose to whoever wins.
