Minecraft Launcher Won't Open (Mac)

Hey kinda late response but if this is still a problem for anyone just open activity monitor find Minecraft launcher and force quit it. Although it isn't a perfect solution, it's better than restarting your computer every time you want to play.

The logo of an application that you open on macos will bounce up/down a few more times before it opens. minecraftservers.best With Minecraft, however, it doesn't even bounce back and forth. It just won't go open.

Restart your computer.

If you've tried to return the games, it won't work.

This happened to me today too

Mine does this as well. I ran Minecraft on my last mac without a problem but I recently got a new one and can't get rid of this issue.
