Minecraft Education Edition will be coming to the iPad and teachers will be able to have access to it starting next month. The education edition of the game was launched in 2016 and Microsoft claims that there are 35 million registered users across the 115 countries. "Minecraft Education Edition for iPad unlocks new and easy methods of collaboration and sharing that has revolutionized how our students and teachers learn about curriculum projects, topics and more," Kyriakos Kouraris, head education technology at PaRK International School, stated in a statement. Minecraft: Education Edition for iPad will become available in September. It comes with a Microsoft 365 for Education License. Teachers who do not have Microsoft 365 for Education may purchase the game here.
