'Minecraft Education Edition' Arrives on IPad In September


Minecraft: Education Edition is heading to the iPad and teachers will be able to have access to it starting next month. The education edition of the game launched in 2016 and Microsoft claims that there are 35 million licensed users in the 115 countries. mpservers "Minecraft: Education Edition for iPad unlocks new and intuitive ways of collaboration and sharing, and has transformed the way our students and teachers engage with curriculum projects, topics and more," Kyriakos Kouraris, the head of education technology at PaRK International School, stated in a statement. "The features facilitate profound and meaningful learning and the values it promotes, from inclusivity to 21st century skills, enable everyone to utilize technology with extraordinary results," said Koursaris.

Minecraft: Education Edition for iPad will be available in September. It comes with a Microsoft 365 for Education License. Educators without Microsoft 365 for Education may purchase the game here.

In the announcement made today, Microsoft also said that the Chemistry Resource Pack developed for Minecraft: Education Edition will now be available to players playing Minecraft on Windows 10 PC and Xbox. It lets players create elements, blend them into compounds and build periodic tables. They can also create items like sparklers, balloons, and underwater torch with chemistry.
