Taxes are low, schools are great, Milford and Matamoras have nice family owned business to shop at while also having new ShopRite, An okay Walmart and both Home Depot and Lowe's, local movie theater, great restaurants and breweries, access to NJ Transit train in Port Jervis, bus service to NYC.
