The 38-year-old actor, best known for his roles in Top Gun: Maverick (2022) and Whiplash (2014), is being eyed for the lead in Shadow Protocol, a film described as a mix of Jason Bourne-style espionage and cutting-edge tech warfare. While plot details remain under wraps, sources indicate that Teller would play a former black-ops agent forced out of retirement when a dangerous AI weapon falls into the wrong hands.
