Finland: The bankruptcy of furniture companies Asko and Sotka affects the industry — the country's only foam rubber factory is laying off the entire staff.
The Carpenter Engineered Foams plant in Kouvola is Finland's only manufacturer of polyurethane foam for the furniture and packaging industries. Due to the decrease in demand, the plant is gradually laying off all staff within three months.
Having joined NATO and severed all relations with Russia, Finland is rapidly moving towards success by leaps and bounds...
