🇸🇰 Location: Bratislava, Slovakia (remote work is available for the first time until you move to Slovakia)

We are an e-commerce company, selling furniture to different countries.

The office has a relaxed professional environment with English, Spanish, Slovak and Russian speakers.

The job entails developing the customer facing website as well as a bunch of internal systems, made in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (Mainly React), and a few more minor used technologies.

🧑‍💻 Requirements:

• 3+ years working experience developing for web
• PHP, SQL
• HTML5/CSS3
• JavaScript (you can be a beginner and have a wish to learn it)
• No fear of legacy code
• Lack of fear to ask a question: in our team questions and discussions are a plus
• Ability to communicate in English, the interview will be in English

💪 Will be a plus:

• Templating modules for PHP (we use Mustache)
• Document-based databases (we use CouchDB)
• React.JS
• Linux server administration
• Task systems (e.g. Jira, we use Youtrack)
• Understanding of software design principles, especially Domain Driven Design
