ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Elemental TV is a media technology company that enables new interactive experiences in Connected TV. Founded in 2020, it leverages the advertising technology stack built by one of its founding members, Adoppler, and is rapidly growing in the US CTV niche.

Elemental TV is a part of a larger family of companies that includes an advertising technology company Adoppler and a custom software development services company Geomotiv.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

• Design new interface functions and improve the existing ones;
• Create final interface layouts and write supporting documentation;
• Create interactive interface prototypes;
• Work closely with development team;
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas;
• Develop illustrations, logos, designs, and visual guidance;
• Test graphics across various media;
• Amend designs after feedback;
• Research & analytics gathering.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer;
• Portfolio of complex design projects;
• Knowledge of wireframe tools;
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma and Sketch;
• Be aware of Agile\Scrum development methodologies;
• Understanding of visual guidelines creation (design systems, UI kit, unification, etc.);
• Understanding of business priorities in product development;
• Experience in web/mobile projects;
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
• Good time-management skills and attention to detail;
• English — Intermediate+.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Basic knowledge of website layout (HTML/CSS/JavaScript);
• Axure, Balsamiq, InVision.
