• Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for the systems with complex business logic
• Create and maintain Help and FAQs
• Create educational content on how to use particular type of software

• Requirements:

• Perfect understanding technical writing;
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and able to get things done.
• English: Upper-intermediate
• Residency in Georgia and possibility of business trips to EU countries
• Strong Jira, Confluence user

• Experience:

• Appropriate IT-related degree or relevant experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience
