Wildix is looking for a Middle QA engineer to join our team to work on an innovative Real-Time Collaboration Platform including Audio / Video calls, Conferencing, and Chat
Skills and qualifications:
3+ years of experience with web testing;
QA process and types of testing understanding;
Experience with requirement analysis;
Understanding of the process and types of testing;
Experience with REST API testing;
Good test cases & bugs descriptions writing skills;
English at least pre-intermediate level.
A big plus, but not required:
Experience with TestRail, JIRA;
Linux knowledge (confident user);
Experience with Git;
Knowledge of network technologies. What OSI model is. How DNS, DHCP, etc work;
Basic knowledge of SIP protocol.
Responsibilities:
Work in a team of Manual and Automation QA Engineers by Kanban methodology alongside with development team;
Perform regression & functional testing;
Create, review and update test documentation (test cases and test plans);
Ongoing bug reporting using JIRA system;
Perform analysis of defects to increase product quality;
Testing under multiple platforms (target platforms are Windows, iOS and Android);
Test data and test environment preparations.
