About the role

We develop tools that enable millions of students and young professionals to reflect upon their career path, to express their expectations towards employers.

This role is primarily focused on QA process implementation. You will often communicate with product owners, accept work done by the dev team, conduct testing prior to releases and be generally involved in product development on a daily basis — monitor performance, suggest improvements for our products, and discuss plans and strategies for future development.

Our ideal candidate has a mix of product management, process management and engineering passions and skills, while possessing extreme attention to details.

Key requirements:

-Effortless English

-Experience implementing QA processes and knowledge of modern QA practices

-Understanding of the different stages of SDLC

Bonus:

-Engineering background

-Product team experience

-QA automation skills or ambitions

-Experience with and general understanding of APIs and Microservices
