📍We are looking for a Middle Data analyst for one of the AdTech Holding projects for our Product Analytics Team in Serbia.
Your tasks would be:
• Work on developing the PropellerAds product: conduct exploratory analysis — put forward hypotheses, select metrics, and conduct research and experiments necessary for implementing product changes.
• Develop regular reporting tools: customer scoring and operational reports on the effectiveness of different areas of PropellerAds.
• Identify patterns of use of the system and growth opportunities.
• To design, run, and analyze AB test results.
• Develop tools for marketing analytics: build acquisition funnels and segment users; combine web analytics and internal storage data to evaluate marketing effectiveness; perform cohort analysis.
• Collect requirements and present complex research results in an accessible language that is understandable to business.
Who are we looking for:
• You know SQL well and have working experience with modern analytics platforms, preferably Tableau, but Power BI or Qlik is also possible.
• You have experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• You know Python — you can get and process data, conduct analytics in Jupyter, and visualize results using popular libraries.
• You have sufficient knowledge of mathematical statistics to design and interpret A/B tests.
• Experience using simple ML models (linear, decision trees) will be a plus.
