Responsibilities

• Knowledge of design systems to keep products consistent and easy to expand.
• Simple, user-friendly, and effective software that matches the product vision and business goals.
• High-quality designs with careful attention to detail.
• Balance between user needs, product requirements, and brand goals to create clear and enjoyable experiences.
• Research, testing, and feedback collection with the product management team.
• Understanding of product details and user behavior to create meaningful designs.
• Clear interaction models with ways to measure their success.
• Wireframes, prototypes, and workflows based on user needs and business goals.
• Creative solutions for hard UX problems, focused on ease of use and functionality.
• Teamwork with developers to make sure designs are built correctly.
• Knowledge of competitor products, industry trends, and new ideas to stay competitive.
• Responsibility for work with independence and a focus on achieving goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on creating impactful digital products.
• Proficient with Figma, with experience using Sketch.
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered design approach.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS fundamentals to communicate effectively with developers.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
