Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert to support our organization in optimizing system functionality and implementing customized reporting solutions. This role involves hands-on collaboration with business leaders to streamline workflows, enhance financial reporting, and ensure seamless navigation through the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
* Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements
* Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required
* Document system changes, configurations, and training materials
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2-3 years)
* Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies
* Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics
* Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation
* Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures
