Well-known cryptoanalyst Michael van de Poppe expressed his opinion about why investors should turn to altcoins at the moment. The expert considers the existing bullish trend in the digital currency industry to be strange.

Earlier, Solana showed excellent results, and BTC at one point traveled to a fairly high mark.

At the same time, many popular altcoins "keep silent". Michael van de Poppe made an assumption that the reversal will happen soon.

"I went all-in altcoins over a month ago. That’s still my game plan. I’ve not switched my strategy. I think this is the right period to be more risk-on with everything happening in the world," said the cryptanalyst.

The former head of BitMEX Arthur Hayes and the head of Real Vision Raul Pal indicated the most promising altcoins.

“I’m like 90% Solana. It’s been the right bet to have over the cycle so far,” said Pal.

The expert believes that the breakthrough on the ETH/BTC chart may indicate the start of the altcoin season "in its true form."

Hayes mentioned Athena and Ether.Fi . The ex-CEO of BitMEX admitted that Aptos can bypass SOL in the "race of L1 networks".

Both Hayes and Pal agreed that Dogecoin could be the next candidate to launch an ETF.

“It’s the oldest memecoin, it’s on Robinhood. If you’re thinking about Tradfi getting into crypto and they’re gonna put an ETF on anything they can, it’s a high market cap thin,” Hayes explained his position.
