• Flash .zip file from TWRP and format data YES!
• This rom is not a MiModUi direct update, but if it's update of the same xiaomi.eu rom as 14.18.
• You can try installing dirty on any version of MiModUi.

If after finishing the initial setup it keeps loading apps and doesn't get to desktop, just go to TWRP and install this zip. (this bug no longer happens).

Translated many parts of this rom from Vietnamese to English, some parts will only be shown in this language (English).
