• Flash .zip file from TWRP and format data YES!
• This rom is not a MiModUi direct update, but is same version as MiModUi 14.18.
• You can try installing dirty on MiModUi 14.18 or any version of MiModUi.

If after finishing the initial setup it keeps loading apps and doesn't get to desktop, just go to TWRP and install this zip. (this bug no longer happens).
