The cam score is just used to show basically ur ranking on the site, the highest cam score is in the first spot and the lowest cam score is in the lowest spot. But customers can also search by tags and browse rooms for hours so if you have a low score yeah it might take a lil longer for ppl to get in ur room but it's not the end of the world.
If you are interested in the offline part, well here you have to do the same thing, only that this time you have to record everything and post on mfc share, and with time if you do the right thing, you may be able to succeed.

One thing I've noticed is that the camscore seen when you click on a model's name while in her room, and the "mini profile" pops up, cam scores do not update to reflect the change that does update in her profile. As far as I'm aware, you don't technically work for MFC as a model, you work for yourself. Mfc let you use their platform and they charge you 50% off the profits in order to do so. Any manipulation of search results or "The algorithm" (which I assume to mean the cam score rating system) is at the discretion of MFC and their platform.
