FAQ

Why does the app ask for microphone access?
Microphone access is required to detect pitch for tuning. Audio is
analysed only on your device and is never recorded or uploaded.

How do I start tuning?
Open the app — listening starts automatically. Play a string near the
microphone. Use automatic or manual string selection as needed.

No reference tone / silent?
In manual mode, tap a note label to play a reference tone. Tap the same
note again to stop it and return to listening.

What is Mezzo Pro?
Mezzo Pro is a one-time purchase that removes all advertising and
unlocks alternate tunings (Drop D, DADGAD, Open G, Drop C and more) plus
A4 reference calibration between 432 and 446 Hz. It is not a
subscription and never renews.

I bought Mezzo Pro but ads are still showing
Open Settings inside the app and tap “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle”
(Restore Purchases). Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID
or Google account used for the purchase.

How do I change my advertising preferences?
On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the EEA,
UK and Switzerland you can also reopen the consent form from the app
under Settings → Ad Preferences.

The tuner stops after an ad
It should resume automatically within a second. If it does not, close
and reopen the app and let us know by email — include your device model
and OS version.
