Methodologist (Әдіскер)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop study programs and courses for different levels (A1-B2).
Create interactive materials and presentations using modern platforms.
Analyze the effectiveness of educational products through KPIs.
Participate in creating new learning products and adapting programs to market trends.
Develop assessment rubrics and student progress evaluation systems.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Professional skills:

Higher education in linguistics, pedagogy, or English teaching methodology.
International qualifications (CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, etc.) are welcome.
3+ years of English teaching experience (online/offline).
Knowledge of teaching methods and experience working with various student levels.
Experience creating quality educational materials and working with platforms like Moodle, Google Classroom, etc.
Strong skills in educational metrics and analytics.

2. Personal qualities:

Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Adaptability to changes in the education field.
Responsibility and attention to detail.

3. Additional skills:

Knowledge of modern educational technologies.
Experience working in Agile teams.
