Metamorphor

Metamorphorr has been appointed as the “Media and Outreach Agency”, and its functional head office situated at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Since 2009 the company is associated with several national organisation and provides supports to local entreprenuers to meet their promotional and outreach requirements.

The company support is managed by the core creative team and campaign manager in developing, implementing and executing various ideas from time to time. 

Every process starts with brainstorming process such as SCAMPER, Six Thinking Hats and TRIZ, propose and implement various communication ideas for the campaign as & when required.

The company contributes to and eventually (within 3 months of commencement) independently develops, manages and execute the overall campaign strategy in coordination with the campaign coordinator and in consultation with core creative team – this may involve travel &/or interacting with various campaign stakeholders. 

It provides specific skillsets/competencies for production of film/animation, internet, print/graphics/outdoor media/illustration, folk/other musical forms – from developing a brief in accordance with campaign objectives to conceptualising /scripting products to executing them to desired standards of quality & values and in compliance with approved production budgets & within set time frames in consultation with core creative team and Campaign Manager. 

The company assures, makes available Metamorphor’s talent pool, a minimum four core members, contributing 15 days every month as per the requirement of the brief/task determined by the core creative team or Campaign Manager, subject to occasional exigencies and mutual convenience. 

Outputs

The outputs envisioned periodically and at the end of the/ as per the agreement are:

Film/animation, Internet, print/graphics/outdoor media/illustration, folk/other musical forms as and when required.

Communication and dissemination plans as and when required

Monthly updates on their accomplishments and tasks attained. 

Project Duration

The duration of the assignment gnerally stays valid for one year.

Reporting Requirements

The “Media and Outreach Agency”, means and stands legible for:

Submission of final dissemination material as and when prepared.

Submits monthly updates on their accomplishments and tasks attained. 

Submits monthly attendance of the team members with the details of time invested for Commons Campaign and outputs achieved. These details are to be submitted to the Campaign Manager. 

Work with the Campaign Manager on day to day basis
