Excelente trato del anfrition. Nery is a great host and his house is spacious, cozy and very clean. Good value for the price. The floor and bathroom are made of mramor! Un muy buen lugar, bien acondicionado con piscina y de facil acceso. Omar es una persona muy receptiva y atenta que siempre mantiene contacto con sus huespedes. Hay un super mercado a 10 minutos a pie donde se pueden conseguir viveres de muy buena calidad y a bajo costo. El lugar esta cercano a Playa del Carmen y es de facil acceso en transporte publico o en vehiculo particular. Nos gusto mucho y si regresamos seguramente rentaremos este sitio con Omar. Есть барбекю и много зон для отдыха! Локация: охраняемая территория, вдали от шума не считая строителей рядом, но думаю это не надолго , подходит для отдыха с детьми. Для молодёжи и любителей шумных вечеринок лучше выбрать район ближе к Плае Дель Кармен или Канкуну. Хороший дом и великолепный хозяин!!! Спасибо Умберто!!! Хозяин дома Умберто очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый. Дом довольно старый и обстановка внутри. Жилье находится в минутах пешком до моря. Городок, в котором находится это жилье, очень спокойный и безопасный. По пути к морю можно пройти через открытый дельфинарий и понаблюдать за дельфинами, ламантинами и морскими котиками. Рядом находится марина, где швартуются рыбацкие лодки и можно купить рыбу у них. Самым главным преимуществом этого места - спокойное чистое море и замечательный пляж напротив Villas Marina. Здесь идеальное место для детей, так как море неглубокое и теплое. Humberto is a wonderful host. He was so accommodating and always had great suggestions for activities. It was an excellent experience! Le jardin donne sur un terrain de golf dans lequel vous pouvez vous promener et croiser quelques animaux sauvages. Humberto is the ultimate host! He responds quickly, provides thoughtful recommendations and was super attentive. I would give him 10 stars if I could. This is a must if you want to check out the report properly, back and forth to the beach etc. The place is clean with a good layout. A bathroom in each bedroom is great! The pool the gets moderate sunlight and the pool water is a bit cold so we went to the report and beach daily but the pool at the house is a great option. Villa is just as described, very spacious, clean, and Humberto lives close by and is extremely helpful with any suggestions or questions you may have. So many activities nearby!! The room has a private entrance and is located on the ground floor of a beautiful new house, with lots of natural light. Tere and Roy are wonderful, friendly and kind hosts, who go the extra mile for their guests, from fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries, to snorkeling equipment and great breakfasts! Puerta Venturas is an amazing gated community with excellent restaurants and bars nearby. I also lovedhow close the place was thinking xcaret! The room was super clean and they were excellent hosts with awesome local advice. The house and location are phenomenal and the online profile severely underplays how great the property is. It is a 25 min drive from the ruins in Tulum. The neighborhood is very safe and a separate enclosed area with stores and restaurants a 2 min walk from the house including a dolphin enclosure. The staff is very polite and helpful with great suggestions. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone that wishes to visit Tulum with a group of 5 or more. The house is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool in the back yard. Nicola was very helpful with suggestions on touring around the area and always available making sure the house was perfect. The house is within walking distance to the restaurants, mini markets, and shopping. It is also 2 minutes to the beautiful caribbean water! Nicola was aslo our private chofer and provided a van transprt that helped our group of 10, he recommended good places, cenotes and beaches. Definitely recommend La Porta! Location is great if you have a car to drive up or down the peninsula. House is awesome, places to chill and hang out. A few issues with hot water, but they were quick to jump on that. Me and my friend had an awesome time here in Puerto Aventuras. The appartment was everything we expected and more. It was superclean, cute, perfect for a couple and also friends. The communication with Tibor was really smooth and he also gave us any tips and help that we needed to really enjoy our days at the riviera maya. If someone loves to watch sunsets on the roof or have beautiful breakfasts on the balcony I can only recommend that place. Tibor is very helpfull, studio is nice, perfect for single or a couple. The apartment was a unique treehouse-like experience that felt very connected to the surrounding nature. It was clean and had the basics for cooking a meal. We were pleased with our stay. This place is awesome. We had a great stay and benefit a lot from his insider tipps. Tibor is an excellent guide and more than helpful. We received a lot of recommendation during the stay and even some further contacts for Tulum. He knows about travelling the world and understand the needs. His flat is located on top of the house. We never had a flat like this. Pretty cool for us. More over it part of a gated community with access control and securities. You can keep inside for example for restaurants or dolphins show or drive out to close cities like playa del carmen, Akumal or one of this hundred cenotes. Therefore it is a perfect homebase for trips. The apartment provided a lot of value for the price. We would recommend to other guests for sure. Toiletries were very basic, so do consider bringing your own. We had a car, which made it much faster to get to the beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning at their cafe Navajo y Vainilla. Laura was very quick to respond with whatever we needed. Really enjoyed our stay! Laura was an incredible hostess! The place is super cute, clean, and right near the entrance of Puerto Aventuras. Amazing hospitality, she made great recommendations and went above and beyond to be more accommodating than necessary! She is lovely, the pool was incredible, great air conditioning, lots of space to put clothes and a comfy bed! Would definitely come back! This studio was a great place for the location and value. The apartment is well furnished and very clean with many amenities nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy the area. There is a pool and she has a very big balcony which was convenient to enjoy dinner or breakfast. The location is within a gated community my first time in such a gated c. Bigger shops are right outside bring a car or a bycicle of this gated community where I bought my steak which I fried in a pan at her place. Must be a very modern gas cooking stove not used to this in Europe which was easy to use. She cared about the dogs and helped if needed. The beach offers a nice snorkelling opportunity if the sea is calm to spot some fishes but it is not a reef - in order not to exaggerate expectations. I would return again. Good breakfasts. Great base camp to explore the Riviera Maya. There are no really nice beaches in Puerto Aventuras, but a quick collectivo ride south can get you to some of the most beautiful. However, you have to walk quite a ways to get to the collecivo stops. Having a rental car could make it more efficient. Elvie est adorable et aux petits soins. It is located in a super peaceful and safe neighborhood, very quiet and easy accesible. The apartment is very spacious and luxurious like it says on the webpage! The bed was also super comfortable! La anfitriona se saca un This was our 1st time booking an Airbnb, and out of the country. So we were very worried on what to expect, but turns out it was a great stay and very comfortable. We traveled with a big family of 8 adults and 3 kids. It was perfect for all of us. It is located in great location and very secure. There is security at the entrance of Puerto Aventuras and at the top of the street. They have 2 beaches available for use. Which we loved, because the waters were very calm. Just what we needed for our twin boys. Sol is a great host. She was available to answer all our questions we had before we arrived and once we were there as well. She was at the house when we arrived and gave a tour of the house and the grounds. Sol was very attentive durning our stay. Sol was helpful from beginning to the end. Any questions or concerns I had she was available and ready to help. It is a beautiful home that my family and I enjoyed. It is located in a beautiful resort that had lots to do. I would advise anyone that stay for a long period of time to rent the golf cart. It is that big of a resort and with kids it cut down on whining and how hot it was. Set among a local neighbourhood of apartments, we felt this was an ideal location away from crowds of tourists. The apartment had all the basic necessities and was very good value for money. We stayed for one month and used the lavandaria at the end of the complex for around 30 pesos per load. The pizza across the street is also very good! Our hosts Sanda and Silvia were very attentive and solved any problems we had. The shower was electric and had low water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped with NutriBullet microwave, gas stove, coffee maker byo pods and other appliances. We recommend staying here if a clean bed and space to cook is all you need. The price is the best advantage but same time location, facility and everything else are just making my trip perfect. Gaby and Arturo were the most amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. I was working during the duration of our stay and my boyfriend was off. They were so sweet and took him site seeing one day and made him lunch another day. The room is spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable and has everything you need with many extra little thoughtful touches. The middle of town and the dolphin discovery are right out the front door with all the restaurants and bars steps away. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Gaby and Arturo! Well kept apartment close to lots of things to see and do. Zero issues with noise or safety. Gaby and Artur were very accommodating helping with bags even at 5 in the morning!! I think it would be better if you had a car because the place is really in the jungle and hard to find. You must really like solitude or come with your family to stay. Great tv with netflix. Alberto is a really cool host, my 5 year old liked him a lot along with his 5 dogs. Btw there are a ton of mosquitoes, bring repellent. The house is beautiful, the room is amazing, immaculate , spacious and very comfortable. Did I mention that you have a king-size bed?? You have your own balcony with a long chair, you also have a modern spacious and clean bathroom and many many closets. Anne and Claude are so friendly and sweet, you feel at home with them. Anne is so sweet and welcoming, she asked me everyday if I slept well, if I needed anything else and what she can do to help me, which truly makes you feel well-taken care of. I had such a great stay and I am planning to come back soon. My family stayed in an all-inclusive 5 star hotel next door and I can definitely say I had a nicer room and a better quality stay than the 5 star hotel offered them. It is very quiet and very peaceful. The wifi does time out now and then and the hot water runs out after sometime of being the shower. This spot is great for a relaxing get away. It is located well, at the front of the estate. It is a 15min walk to super market, 10 min walk to the gas station and subway. It is a min walk down to the marina and restaurants, It is a nice walk.
