MetaL Trust: #SUGARDADDY - Season 3

1. General Information

MetaL Trust: #SUGARDADDY is a promotional contest organized by AdHub Plus.

During the contest, participants accumulate MetaL Trust — an internal platform score used solely for ranking purposes.

MetaL Trust is not a monetary unit, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or withdrawn.

2. Contest Period

The contest runs from May 18 to June 18.

Only activity performed during this period will be counted toward rankings.

The organizer may launch a preparation stage before the official start.

All MetaL values may be fully reset before the beginning of the contest period.

3. Participation Requirements

Connect (link) their Bots.Business (BB) account to their AdHub account.

Once a user successfully connects their BB account, they are automatically considered a participant.

To participate in rankings:

there must be at least three MetaL accrual days during the contest period
participants must be at least 18 years old

4. How MetaL Trust Is Earned

MetaL Trust increases based on activity within the AdHub ecosystem, including:

overall bot activity
reactivation of previously inactive bots
stability and operational performance of bots
advertiser demand and user activity
participation in ecosystem mechanics introduced during the contest

The calculation formula for MetaL Trust is internal and may be adjusted by the organizer to ensure fairness, ecosystem balance, and platform stability.

The organizer may introduce additional temporary MetaL mechanics during the contest period.

Such mechanics may include:

bonus multipliers
developer support mechanics
protected bot mechanics
promotional events
special leaderboard categories
temporary earning coefficients

5. Protected Bots & Dev MetaL

This season introduces Protected Bots and Dev MetaL.

Protected Bot allows a developer to transfer a bot to a promoter while still receiving Dev MetaL from that bot’s activity.

Dev MetaL Distribution

For Protected Bots:

80% of incoming MetaL is credited to the developer
20% is credited to the promoter (bot owner)

Dev MetaL is included in the participant’s total MetaL score and affects leaderboard ranking.

If the promoter developed the bot themselves, they receive 100% of the MetaL as usual.

The organizer may modify Dev MetaL percentages or mechanics in future seasons or during the event if required for balance or fairness.

Dev MetaL distribution for Protected Bots may apply only to bots created or cloned after the official season start date.

The organizer determines eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Winners and Prize Distribution

Participants will be ranked according to their accumulated MetaL Trust score during the contest period.

Total prize pool:

500 USD

A total of 10 participants with the highest MetaL Trust scores will be recognized as winners.

Prize distribution:

1st place — 250 USD
2nd place — 120 USD
3rd place — 60 USD
4th to 10th places — equal monetary prizes (10$) distributed evenly among seven participants

Prizes are fixed and are not determined by any MetaL conversion rate.

7. Prize Payment

Prizes will be paid to winners’ specified cryptocurrency wallets:

(BSC / BEP20 wallet from user profile)

Payments will be made within 3 business days after the official announcement of winners.

The organizer reserves the right to request additional verification if necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.

The organizer reserves the right to delay or cancel prize payments in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, artificial activity, multi-accounting, or ecosystem manipulation.
