About the Role
Inferno Partners is a fast growing iGaming network operating across multiple international markets and projects.
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to support performance driven user acquisition.
This is a handson execution role for someone analytical, structured, and eager to grow in a high volume, KPI focused environment.
What You’ll Do
• Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta platform.
• Monitor daily KPIs: CTR, CPC, CVR, FTD, CPA.
• Support scaling of profitable campaigns under supervision.
• Pause / adjust underperforming ads based on defined benchmarks.
• Support new GEO testing and market research.
• Ensure proper tracking implementation (UTMs, pixels, events).
• Prepare structured daily & weekly performance reports.
• Conceptualize landing page flows and propose conversion driven structures (headline, offer positioning, CTA placement).
• Collaborating with the design team for creative angles (hooks, messaging themes, promo framing) aligned with target GEO and audience behavior.
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years experience in performance marketing (iGaming or other competitive verticals preferred).
• Experience operating in high-risk market(iGaming,Nutra or Forex).
• Solid understanding of acquisition funnels and performance optimization • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics daily.
• Understanding of landing page conversion principles and creative testing frameworks and creative testing principles.
• Strong attention to detail (campaign setup & tracking accuracy).
• Analytical mindset with structured thinking.
• Ability to follow systems and SOPs.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced performance environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience on using trackers like Bemob, Voluum, Keitaro.
• Experience in iGaming, Forex, Nutra, or other high competition verticals.
• Understanding of CPA / FTD acquisition model.
• Experience working across multiple geos.
