Meta Adds Lead Notifications for Instant Forms.

Meta has started gradually rolling out a new Lead notifications feature for lead campaigns using Instant Forms. It allows advertisers to receive notifications about new leads through Meta’s own services as well as by email.
The feature is not yet available in all advertising accounts.
Where to Find Lead Notifications
The setting is available at the ad level in Ads Manager under:
Automated lead delivery > Lead notifications
The feature is designed for campaigns where user contact details are collected through Instant Forms. Leads can also be viewed and exported through Meta’s tools in CSV or XLS format.
Available Notification Channels
For mobile notifications, you can select one or several channels:
- Facebook app
- Messenger
- Ads Manager app
You can also choose how often notifications are sent. They can arrive immediately after a new lead is generated or after a specified number of leads has been collected.
Email Notification Settings
Email notifications have a separate set of options. You can select recipients, choose the days of the week, and set the delivery time.
Meta can also attach a file containing lead data to the email. CSV and XLS formats are supported.
One important detail is that Notification Delivery settings apply to all active campaigns connected to the selected Facebook Page, not just to a single ad. Before changing these settings, affiliate marketers should check what other active campaigns are currently associated with that Page.
Feature Availability
Lead notifications are still being rolled out and are not visible in every advertising account.
If the Lead notifications section does not appear in Ads Manager, the feature may simply not have been enabled for that account yet.
Meta is gradually expanding the ways advertisers and affiliate marketers can receive information about new leads generated through Instant Forms. The exact set of available options currently depends on the advertising account and the version of the Ads Manager interface.
