Role Overview
Design and evaluate AI-driven investment banking tasks for Fortune 500 M&A and capital markets, ensuring alignment with enterprise-level deal complexity and stakeholder sensitivity.
$90-$100 per hour | 10-40 hrs/week | Remote
Key Responsibilities
* Construct enterprise investment banking scenarios for $1B+ M&A transactions and complex capital markets.
* Build tasks across M&A advisory, equity and debt capital markets, and leveraged finance.
* Develop deal execution scenarios using tools like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet.
* Apply investment banking methodologies to produce pitch books, valuation models, and deal narratives.
* Author rubrics to distinguish authentic investment banking judgment from generic recall.
Core Requirements
* Have strong relevant experience in M&A advisory, capital markets, or leveraged finance.
* Direct ownership of F500-scale deal execution, capital raises, or advisory mandates is required.
* Fluency in investment banking tools, valuation methodologies, and deal-process mechanics is essential.
* Understanding of F500 board approvals, regulatory review, and legal/due diligence processes is necessary.
* Prior experience in rubric, financial-modeling curriculum, or pitch book authorship is a plus.
