We may change the people, methodology, sources, data, criteria, or presentation used within Signal as the platform develops.

Merge may also modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue analytical features at any time.

Signals are informational and do not constitute personal trading instructions or financial advice.

12. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Merge products or features may require a paid subscription or other payment.

Subscription prices may change in the future. We may also introduce, modify, remove, or restructure plans, features, or pricing.

Refund requests may be declined in certain circumstances.

For payment cancellations or refund requests made more than three months after the relevant payment, Merge may require a reasonable explanation and supporting evidence. Requests without a reasonable basis or sufficient supporting information may be disregarded or rejected.

Specific promotional prices, temporary offers, and partner-related pricing may have separate terms.

We reserve the right to make reasonable decisions regarding conduct and platform access where necessary to protect the community, our team, or the integrity of the platform.

14. Platform Changes

Merge is a developing platform.

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, change the interface, modify existing features, introduce new features, remove features, reorganize content, change analytical methodologies, or discontinue certain products.

We do not guarantee that a particular feature, dataset, article, interface, or analytical tool will remain available indefinitely.

- actions or failures of exchanges, protocols, partners, or other third parties; or

- a user's failure to comply with applicable laws or protect their own accounts and credentials.

Unless otherwise indicated, Merge's original interface, research, written analysis, design, branding, and other original materials belong to Merge or their respective rights holders.
