Mentoring Training

PD training is used to help Workers improve their skills as well as to train new ones. It's been found that some of the best way to improve new Group Members' techniques is to have them go through some trial and error situations and real life practice to help them see how they are performing in a particular situation. This way they will not be surprised if they are called on to perform in that specific situation.
