About the role
This is a part-time, remote mentor opportunity — not a full-time employee position and not an on-site role.
We are building our global mentor network and looking for experienced professionals who want to share real-world expertise through structured 1:1 mentorship.
What you will do
* Provide guidance and personalised support to learners in your domain
* Conduct live mentorship sessions on your schedule
* Set your own availability, rates, and session formats
* Optionally offer digital products or Q&A through your mentor storefront
* Support learners between sessions using platform tools (messaging, booking, mentor-trained AI Helpers)
Ideal profile
* 5+ years of real-world experience in your field
* Based anywhere in the world (fully remote)
* Comfortable mentoring in English
* Can commit 2–4 hours per month minimum
* Motivated by impact — not building a personal brand or content funnel

Qualifications
* Strong expertise in technology, business, or the creator economy
* Proven experience solving real problems (built products, led teams, closed deals, scaled operations, or equivalent)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using digital platforms for scheduling, messaging, and session delivery
* Relevant professional achievements or certifications are a plus
