By downloading or using Memory Mindy, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) at

The App

Memory Mindy helps you save memories, routines, last-seen places, private vault notes, and “Did I?” confirmations on your device. Features may change over time.

Local-First Storage

Your content stays on this device unless you enable optional iCloud Sync or export an archive. There is no Memory Mindy account.

Subscriptions

Memory Mindy Premium may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Free limits may apply without Premium.

Acceptable Use

Use the app lawfully. Do not misuse exports, attempt to interfere with the app, or use it in ways that violate others’ rights.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Your on-device content remains your responsibility to back up.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
