Overview

Memory Mindy is a local-first memory app. Your memories, routines, photos, voice notes, and related content stay on your device. There is no Memory Mindy account.

Data We Store on Your Device

• Memories, routines, last-seen / item spots, vault notes, Did I? records, and reminders you create

• Photos, voice recordings, and attachments you choose to add

• App preferences (such as haptics and notification settings)

• Optional Premium purchase status managed through Apple

Permissions

• Photos: Only when you attach an image to a memory.

• Microphone: Only when you record a voice memory.

• Notifications: Only if you enable reminders.

• Location: Only if you choose place-based reminders. Places stay on this device.

• Face ID / biometrics: Only to unlock Vault on this device. Biometric data is handled by the system and is not collected by Memory Mindy.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud Sync, your Memory Mindy data may sync through your personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. That data is associated with your Apple ID and governed by Apple’s privacy practices. Memory Mindy does not operate a separate cloud account for you.

Purchases

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase validation may use Apple / RevenueCat systems solely to confirm entitlement status.

Analytics & Tracking

Memory Mindy does not use third-party advertising trackers and does not sell your personal data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your memories or personal content. Data leaves the device only when you export an archive, enable iCloud Sync, or when Apple processes a purchase.

Children

Memory Mindy is not directed at children under 13.

Your Choices

You can delete memories in the app, disable permissions in iOS Settings, turn off iCloud Sync, cancel Premium in your Apple ID subscriptions, or delete the app to remove on-device data.
